Payment

You can buy from us in confidence knowing that your payment is secure and encrypted by our Paypal partners.

Postage

Delivery prices quoted are for the cheapest postage option. You can of course request special delivery at extra cost.


Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if  you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund for up to 14 days after the dispatch date (for items delivered within the UK) as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was received.

Postage costs will normally only be refunded if the item was faulty or not as described.

Please contact Everything Shopping before returning your product.  Items returned without prior arrangements may not be refunded

Privacy

Ours customer's privacy is important to us. You do not need to open an account to buy from us and no customer information is stored on our website.  No unsolicited e-mails will be sent.
